  • IRON – This mineral helps haemoglobin carry oxygen to your body’s cells, which is important in keeping you in tiptop shape. In addition, it is also an essential component in the production of collagen, neurotransmitters, and hormones.

  • VITAMIN B7 – Biotin is perhaps one of the most important nutrients in the body, because it plays a big role in both metabolism and cell growth. This will enable you to perform strenuous activities such as running and thinking.

Of course, this list would not be complete without folate. Also known as folic acid, this vitamin is responsible for cell production and it is also an important nutrient for pregnant women, since it helps prevent any birth defects.
